1:1 consultations give individuals the opportunity to receive personalised advice from a Specialist Dietitian on a 1:1 basis & aim to empower people to confidently navigate the amazing but sometimes confusing & overwhelming field of diet & nutrition.
This programme is designed to offer comprehensive, personalised support to help you manage your health effectively, with a focus on accountability and continuous adaptation to your needs.
• Initial 1:1 session with Aoife McDonald, Registered Dietitian: Your journey begins with personal consultation, either in-person or online. We'll discuss your health concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and dietary habits.
• Your questions answered: During the session, you can ask any questions related to your health, and you will be provided with evidence-based answers and recommendations.
• Food diary review & analysis: You will be asked to maintain a food diary for a certain period, and I will review and analyse your food intake to identify any possible triggers or deficiencies that may be contributing to your health issues.
• Personalised recommendations: Within 24 hours of your initial consultation, you'll receive a tailored written plan. This will include dietary modifications, lifestyle changes, and recommendations for supplements or probiotics, if necessary.
• Access to Resources: Along with your written plan, gain access to a variety of resources including informative videos, cheat sheets, recipes, and meal plans to support your health journey.
• Ongoing 1:1 Consultations: As part of the 12 Week Programme you will receive fortnightly follow up sessions (30–45 mins) to track progress, adjust your plan, and offer ongoing support.
• Follow-Up and Adjustment: Regular follow-ups ensure your plan remains effective and is adapted to your evolving needs.
