- Complete a Food & Symptom diary for expert review prior to your first appointment
- Receive a personalised IBS relief plan after your first appointment
- Have 6 x 1:1 video appointments with Aoife over 3 months to support you through your IBS Relief journey
- Have weekly check-ins & food diary reviews via email in between video call appointments
- Have access to unlimited email support in between appointments

- Receive supportive resources such a recipes, food lists, gut health education & sample meal plans
